Daniel Chin

Daniel Chin has spent his entire professional career at Juici Patties, the Jamaican restaurant company founded by his father.

He learned manufacturing, restaurant operations, financial controls, employee engagement, and franchising from his parents and from senior team members—some of whom have served the company for more than forty years.

Daniel later led the rapid expansion of Juici Patties in the United States. Within less than 28 months of opening its first U.S. restaurant, the brand reached 33 operating locations, with another 31 locations under construction.

Lumera was created to transfer that practical operating experience to exceptional restaurant brands around the world.
